Service Scope

We provide transportation and logistics support across India. This includes truck booking, cargo movement, and delivery coordination. The service is limited to transport. Packing or handling before loading depends on customer arrangement unless discussed separately. Once a booking is confirmed, our team assigns a vehicle and schedules the pickup.

Booking and Confirmation

A booking is considered confirmed only after:

• Details are shared clearly
• Price is agreed
• Confirmation is given by both sides

We may contact you to verify pickup location, load type, and timing before assigning the vehicle. Accurate information helps avoid delays.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing depends on load, distance and vehicle type. The amount shared before booking is the final agreed price. No hidden charges are added later unless there is a change in requirement. If details change after confirmation, pricing may be adjusted. This is discussed before proceeding. Payment terms may vary depending on the type of service. Partial or full advance may be required in some cases.

Pickup and Delivery

Customers are expected to be available at the pickup point at the agreed time. Delays at pickup due to unavailability, incomplete details or access issues may affect delivery timelines. Similarly, delivery depends on route conditions, traffic and external factors. While we plan carefully, exact timing may vary slightly in some cases. We keep communication open during transit.

Customer Responsibilities

A few things need to be handled from your side: Provide correct pickup and drop details Share accurate load information Make arrangements for loading and unloading if required Avoid sending restricted or illegal goods Incorrect information may lead to delays or additional charges.

Restricted Items

Certain items cannot be transported. This includes illegal goods, hazardous materials, items restricted under transport regulations. If such items are found, the shipment may be cancelled without notice.

Tracking and Communication

We provide tracking support for most shipments. Updates are shared during transit. Customers can also contact support to check status. Delays, if any, are communicated as early as possible.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings can be cancelled before dispatch. However, if a vehicle has already been assigned or dispatched, cancellation charges may apply. It’s always better to inform early to avoid unnecessary costs.

Liability and Responsibility

We handle transport with care and proper coordination. However, unforeseen situations like road conditions, weather or external disruptions may affect timelines. Customers are advised to take necessary precautions for high-value goods.

Changes to Terms

These terms may be updated based on operational needs. Any changes will be reflected on this page. Continued use of services means acceptance of updated terms.
